DRAFT PREVIEW, NOT LIVE, REBUILD CONCEPT

Thesis

What I believe, and why I am building this way.

This page is a thesis only. It explains what I believe about operators, AI, and the trades. It is not a pitch, it carries no figures I have not verified, and it makes no public offer of any kind.

Operators

The person doing the work comes first

I started MG Cleaning Systems in 2014 and still measure every idea against real jobs. Operators do not need more hype. They need equipment that works, training that reflects the field, honest information about what a job takes, and standards they can point a customer to. Every company in this portfolio exists because I ran into one of those needs myself.

Field experience is also a quality filter. A system that survives scheduling, weather, water limits, and real customers is worth sharing. One that only works in a demo is not.

AI and the trades

AI should make operators stronger, not smaller

Judgment stays human

AI can draft, sort, remind, and follow up. The operator still decides what goes to a customer and how a job gets done. Approval first is the rule across everything I build.

Teach principles, not clicks

Tools change every year. Durable principles about customers, follow up, and clear communication do not. That is the bet behind My AI Trained: an operator teaching operators.

Trust is the product

Service businesses run on trust. Technology that embarrasses an operator in front of a customer, or hides where customer information goes, fails the only test that matters.

Built for the trade

Generic tools miss how service work actually runs. Software and training built inside a working trade business start from the real workflow, including Cold Open, now in beta for cold calling and cold email.

Standards

Documented beats claimed

Drone cleaning is a young trade, and young trades earn trust by documenting work honestly. When MG Cleaning Systems took part in the Monarch Casino tower drone cleaning project in Black Hawk, Colorado, in September and October 2026, the work was described the way it was documented: cleaning documented at approximately 180 ft, flown by pilot Jerry Wayne Dick. No bigger claim than the work itself.

That same standard is why Drone Outlaws is forming: an operator trade association where documented field work and shared standards matter more than belonging to a club. It is pre-launch, organizing now, with no membership sales yet.

How this portfolio fits together

One ecosystem, field first

  • MG Cleaning Systems proves the work in Colorado, operating since 2014 with 380+ customer reviews.
  • Drones on the Fly turns field lessons into equipment, training, and operator resources, and it is growing.
  • SEO by MG helps service businesses get found, with published prices.
  • My AI Trained and University of the Pros teach operators, with the Academy enrollment closed while that brand is forming.
  • Pros on the Fly is the parent company behind the portfolio.

How to read this page: this is a founder thesis, shared in public so partners and operators can understand the direction. Private details, plans, and materials are shared only after a conversation and an NDA. If the thesis matches how you work, start on the partner page.
